Job Description
- Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel
- Answer all incoming telephone calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department

Principal Investments Associate - Real Estate
Job Specification
- Work with company management to define an appropriate real estate strategy in line with prevailing trends in the sector towards achieving desired corporate objectives
- Actively seek real estate investment targets, and other potential opportunities in the sector towards executing agreed upon strategy
- Drive the end-to-end appraisal of all potential real estate transactions, working with all parties as required (internal and external), to ensure alignment with investment objectives and to secure management and Board buy-in and approval as needed
