Cinepolis USA-Leading, rapidly growing movie theater company seeks dynamic floor staff.
We are expanding in Florida and are looking to fill in Server, Kitchen and Cast Member positions at the Jupiter location.
SERVER Responsibilities include:
-Take food and drink orders accurately and notify kitchen of order following department procedures.
- Be prepared to explain menu items, including food content and preparation style.
-Be familiar with daily specials and present to guest.
-Ensure consistency in preparation and presentation of food and drink items before serving to guest.
- Follow all standard food handling, sanitation and health department guidelines.
- Understand and use the proper procedure for guest walk-outs.
- Present guest check and process utilizing proper policies and procedures for cash, room charge or credit card.
- Recognize and address any problems resulting from guest complaints, intoxication or disruptive behavior.
- Notify management of unsafe conditions, needed maintenance of tables, chairs, carpet and/or equipment and any accidents.
-Follow all procedures when responding to any hotel emergency or safety situation.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Minimum one (1) year experience working as a Server, preferably in a fine dining environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work with management staff and other employees in a professional manner.
- SERVERS: Must be 21 years of age or over.
KITCHEN STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
-Set up the cooking station by obtaining all necessary equipment and materials.
- Prepare and plate all items in a timely and accurate manner.
-Work with the fryer and grill.
-Follow all standard sanitation and health department guidelines; including food handling and wearing gloves.
-Maintain a safe, organized and sanitary work area.
-Breakdown the station, label and store food in accordance with departmental procedures.
-Must be able to work under pressure
-Must be willing to work weekends and holidays, and be available to work hours ranging from 9am-2am.
CAST MEMBERS are responsible for providing great guest service to our guests in the areas of Concierge, Concessions, Barista, Food Running, Cleaning Crew
- Make certain guest service is friendly, helpful, thorough and timely.
- Concession preparation, cashiering, and maintenance duties.
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas, equipment, restrooms, lobby and auditoriums.
- Enforce ratings and age restrictions to keep underage guests from accessing auditoriums with adult content.
- Answer questions from guests and resolve any concerns.
- Greet guests, assemble food orders, operate point of sale terminals and make accurate change.
- Assist with crowd control and seating of guests as needed.
- Proper use of hearing impaired equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
