Job Description

The Part-Time Shipping Clerk will provide customer service to our valued customers by informing them of our service and products and relevant information. The clerk is responsible for receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, and office equipment.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail shipping experience from Mailboxes Etc, The UPS Store, Fedex Kinkos, or similar companies. He or she must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in a short amount of time. 

Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
- Center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Selling to Customer Needs
- Strong customer service skills and abilities
- Operate all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
- Strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED
- Able to work a 25 to 30 hour-per-week for a 6 day work week (Saturdays a must)
